Product Description
Medical tape, medical plaster, nonwoven tape coating machine, slot die coating technology. could be used for high adhesive gsm product coating. Simple structure, two unwinders & rewinder all in generator.
Cooling roller diameter will have difference accoding speed request.
Magnetic powder control unwinder and rewinder.
Equipment only use hot melt adhesive, different with water glue or solvent, no oven, needn't dry, energy consumption less, good for environment
Technical parameters
1. Slot die coating technology
2. Coating weight adjust, Min. 15g/m2.
3. Unwinder device use constant tension brake.
4. Rewinder device use constant tension frequency rewind.
5. Adhesive weight synchronize with speed, or adjust manual independently.
6. Coating head use import hard special steel die, hardness(93)
7. Coating precision 5%.
8. Control method: PLC touch screen concentrate control.
9. Adhesive: hot melt PSA.
10. Max. temperature: 230℃.
11. coating die head temperature be controlled independently.
12. Could do strip coating/full coating.
13. Generator structure steel board thickness 25-30mm, will adjust thickness according configuration request.
14. Generator roller use import silica gel roller. Some transfer roller will use anti-stick roller(according product request).
15. Single position unwinder/rewinder. Diameter about 800-1200mm.
16. Install with guiding device.
17. Melt adhesive system inside wall use telflon anti-stick layer.
18. PID control heating, double over-temperature alarm outage system.
