1 Expak One lane coffee capsule filling machine for kcup/nespresso/DG/LB is a customizable machine on which you can either use self-designed capsules or package standard coffee capsule. And color of machine surface can be customized.
2 According to different capsule sizes, we can change the adjustment station to achieve perfect packaging. We have customized packaging machines for customers, such as cosmetics, liquid health products, coffee powder, matcha and so on.
3 Expak team have helped small and medium-sized company get started, and also helped large enterprises to expand their production.

Loading cup station
The semi-open design allows workers to easily place empty K cup or nespresso when it is almost running out. The vertical loading cup station can store

Nitrogen Flush system start from dropping cup. Can be directly connected to your nitrogen generator

No film and no sealing. Heat sealing twice to ensure tightness (for roll film type)
