LONGHUI® Monolithic materials includes types of conventional castables and high alumina castables to provide a wide range of innovative solutions for heat-intensive challenges. Available in different formulations, densities, and installation methods, monolithics can be used as primary or secondary insulation, for repair, or for speciality applications.
Conventional Dense Castable is mixed by high quality bauxite and flint clay as aggregate, silica powder and α-alumina powder as micropowder, and refractory cement as binder. Formulas are changed according to different applications. Longhui® conventional dense castables are specially designed to use for steel industry, boiler furnaces, incinerators and other industrial furnaces.
Customization is acceptable, we can produce qualified specific castables on your application request.
