1. 2. When injecting wax, choose different pressure and temperature according to the complexity of the injected jewelry wax mold.When the design form of jewelry wax mold is simple or the area is large, the temperature and pressure of liquid wax in the injector should be reduced.When the design of jewelry wax mold is delicate and complex, the temperature and pressure of liquid wax in the wax injector should be increased.Before the injection of wax, should first open the mold, check the integrity and cleanliness of the mold.

3. In order to make the jewelry wax mold from the rubber mold in a good way, the general use of talc powder as a lubricant, can also be used to replace the baby powder.During the operation, open the rubber mold as far as possible, so that the talc powder puff to the rubber cutting surface of each corner.The best operation method is after the rubber mold over talc powder, with pressure air blowing off too much talc powder, and every time the rubber mold over talc powder, can be injected out of 3-4 jewelry wax mold, and then re-use talc powder is more appropriate.Talc should not be used too much to avoid rough surface of the wax carrier.

4. In the use of vacuum pressure wax injection mechanism for jewelry wax model, in order to obtain a smooth surface, high precision wax model, the operation of the rubber mold on the top and bottom of the additional two thick about 2mm aluminum plate, and with your fingers evenly pressed the whole rubber mold on the wax injecter nozzle.Due to the elasticity of the rubber mold, the shape of the wax mold will be distorted according to the pressure of the hand.
