The DHB-3000 electronic Brinell hardness tester is a mechatronic product with precise mechanical structure and a microcomputer-controlled closed-loop system. The instrument eliminates weights, uses electric loading and unloading test forces, and is fed back by a pressure sensor with a precision of 0.5‰, and is controlled by a CPU. It can automatically compensate the test force lost during the test. The test force and dwell time are directly selected and input on the touch panel, with reliable repeatability, accurate readings and convenient operation. Optional V1.0 Brinell image automatic measurement system.
The HV-50 / HV-50Z Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech product integrating light, machine and electricity. The instrument adopts a closed-loop loading control system to improve the accuracy of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the displayed value. The test force, holding time, and the number of measurements can be displayed on the screen. As long as the diagonal length of the indentation is input from the keyboard during operation, the hardness value can be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen.
