Since the production of small anchor windlasses and winches, the company has been working hard to keep up with the times and develop new products jointly with relevant research institutes. Now the company engages itself in the design, manufacture and marketing of many kinds of products, such as large hydraulic windlasses, electric windlasses, diesel windlasses, winches, cylinder-rod steering engines and shifting fork steering engines, and have received the approval and recognition of ZC in Jiangsu province and CCS. The company passed the ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification of CCS in 2006 .
The company has 3 assistant engineers who have been working in the design and development of deck machinery for many years, 3 inspectors, 4 welders with CCS certificate and 1 welder with welding certificate and a number of welders, lathe operators, electricians and fitters with normal certificates.
In order to meet the need of products manufacture and development, the company has the production and testing equipment for all kinds of anchor windlasses, winches and steering engines, which can be seen in the attached table (the production equipments mainly involve: hobbing machines, milling planers, boring machines, large-scale lathes, aging vibrators, etc.; the testing equipments include: different kinds of measuring instruments, measuring tapes, sclerometers, pull and impact testing machines, windlass testing benches, a steering engine testing bench of 8~40kN.m and one of 30~250kN.m.)
