FAQ

FAQ

Q1: Why does my skin appear slightly red after waxing?
A1: As with all waxing, removing hair from its follicles may result in some redness. This should subside naturally in 1-2 hours.

Q2: How do I clean the wax containers?
A2: First, melt any remaining wax in the container (try to use up as much of it as possible). Once it has melted, wipe the
container clean with a cotton swab or waxing strip. Be careful not to touch the container directly, as it will be hot.

Q3: Why are the wax beads melting unevenly?
A3: To ensure the wax beads melt properly, you should first heat them at max temperature for 10-15 minutes (you can reduce the heat once the beads have melted completely). During the heating process, stirring the wax with a stick will help it melt more evenly.

Q4: Why does the warmer turn off when it reaches the target temperature?
A4: The warmer will automatically turn off the heat when the target temperature is reached to prevent the wax from overheating. To maintain the target temperature, the warmer will turn on and off periodically. During this process, the red indicator light will also turn on and off.

Q5: Why does the red indicator light sometimes not light up while the warmer is on?
A5: While the warmer is in the process of heating up, the red light will be on. Once the warmer reaches the target temperature, the light will turn off. The light will remain off while the warmer is cooling down.
