1.Do you accept sample order?
yes,of course.you can choose models you like as samples. And we offer three bottle sample for free for new client to test.

2.Do you supply OEM/ ODM Service?
Yes,sure.We can help you to print your logo on bottle and package for large quantity. Or also can do logo lable stick on botle and package for small quantity.
Also we can offer ODM service like developing specific gel color and specific gel formula for you.

3.Can you provide drop-shipping ?
Yes, sure , we can ship order to your clients directly.

4.How about the quality control?
We have pre QC for raw material coming, and Mid QC during production, and also final QC after production finished. Our Professional Quality Inspection Department always paid great importance for QC.

5. How can I make a order & payment?
After order is confirmed, we will send you proforma invoice with detail payment information. you can choose different paymen ways T/T, West Union,PayPal,Credit Card, Ali trade assurance etc payment.

6.What's lead time and shipping time?
For sample order, 1-3 days lead time, for general large order,7-15days lead time. For order less than 2000 bottles, we recommend to ship by FedEx,DHL,TNT etc express way, 3-5 workdays as delivery time. And for large quantity order, can use sea shipping or train shipping way.

7.How about the after-sale service?
We have aftersales dept to handle the aftersales. Any question will be responsed accordingly within 24hours.

8.How about import customs fee?
Please pay attention: Our sales will declare the value as customer's require normally.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping.These charges are the buyers' responsibility.
