POF shrink film:

POF means heat shrinkable film. POF is fully called multi-layer coextrusion polyolefin heat shrinkable film. It is processed by special processes such as die forming, film bubble expansion and so on, with linear low-density polyethylene as the intermediate layer (LLDPE) and co polypropylene (PP) as the inner and outer layers, plasticized and extruded by five extruders.

Main features:

1. With high transparency and good gloss, it can clearly show the product appearance, improve the sense of consciousness and reflect the high-grade.

2. The shrinkage rate is large, up to 75%, and the flexibility is good. It can package goods of any shape. Moreover, the shrinkage force of the three-layer coextrusion film treated by special process is controllable, which can meet the requirements of different commodity packaging for shrinkage force.

3. With good sealing performance and high strength, it is suitable for manual, semi-automatic and high-speed automatic packaging.

4. It has good cold resistance, can maintain flexibility at - 50 ℃ without brittle crack, and is suitable for the storage and transportation of the packaged goods in the cold environment.
