Pneumatic quantitative syring filling machine
Introduction of the machine :
This machine is suitable for quantitative filling of gel, hyaluronic acid and high viscosity liquid, paste and other materials.
Performance and characteristics:
1. The machine adopts piston quantitative valve filling system, with small filling error.
2. The filling nozzle has a back suction device, which will not leave material. The quantitative valve and pipeline are easy to change and clean.
3. Sealed hopper can press and promote filling for viscous materials.
4. When adding raw materials, the material barrel has the function of exhaust, and there will be no gas explosion during filling.

Whole installation/traning process needs 2peoples. Around 10days. Client needs to provide us round-air ticket, visa fee, local transpotation, accomodation, food, and 80USD/day/person. .
