A : Yes, we offer the samples, Only 2-3 days for our US local warehouse delivery, for other countries will take about 5-7 days from our Shenzhen Factory.

A : No MOQ, one unit for sample checking is available.
Q : Can your product's logo, label and packaging be customized?
A : Yes, we offer customization services on these.
Q : What is your monthly production capacity?
A : Our factory production capacity is 30,000 sets of LED Lights per month.
Q : What about the bulk order lead time?
A : 15-26 days.

A : Yes, we offer wired control system(recommended) and the wireless control system.
Q: Do have any certificates for your lights?
A: Our led lights have got ETL UL8800 DLC SAA CE RoHS LM79 LM80 certifications.

Otherwise, we will take full responsibility according to our perfect after-sales service system, Including send new lights. Also, for the US clients we offer local warehouse quick replacement service.For other country‘s clents we offer factory replacement service.
Q : How do you ship the products and how long can I get it?
A : Generally will take 3-5 days for sample sending by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Airline will take 5-10 days, for California US delivery will take about 20 days by fast boat shipping, for other countries will take 24-35 days by sea shipping.
Q : What are your terms of payment?
A : We accept T/T/, West Union L/C and PayPal for small orders. Generally, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
