Electric 3 piece ball valve is equipped with electric actuator, it needn’t extra servo amplifier, accept 4-20mA or 1-5V DC input signal to regulating the medium. The 3 piece design ball valve is characterized by strong function, small volume, light
weight, reliable performance, simple equipment, strong flow capacity, especially suitable for the medium that contain slurry,
fiber, widely used in paper making, sugar industry, petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, air-condition, fire protection, water supply
and industrial automation and so on.
Integrated structure electric three-piece ball valve match with FOLS Electric actuator, and can be run with input(4-20mA DC,
0-10VDC or 1-5V) signals or single-phase power. With the function of small volume, flow capacity, high regulation precision, good
sealing, and light weight,ect. The valve is widely used in food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, paper,
chemicals, teaching and research equiment, and electric power industrial automation control systems.
Product features
Thread and bult welded connection ball valve can be divided into 1-piece, 2-piece, 3-piece. Boby cast adopt the advanced
technology from Taiwan, with reasonable structure and beautiful shape. The elastic sealing structure make the seat reliable and
easy to start. Valve steam seal downloading using inverted structure. The lower-loading stem with backward sealing construction
not only prevents the handle form backing-out but also ensures the reliability of the scaling part if the handle. There is bult
weld(WB). socket welding(SW) connection of the 2-piece,3-piece ball valve and can match with the international standard ISO
platform and locking devices.
