6)operating principle:
For wound rotor asynchronous motor, when the grid voltage and frequency are invariant,
the connection of the starting resistor to the rotor loop will reduce the starting current and get a larger starting torque.
putting special compound electrolyte into the rotor loop of the controlled winding motor as the liquid resistance, when the stator receive the signal of the motor starting, it will change the location of the electrolyte automatically, so as to reduce the resistance value gradually. when the resistance reached the minimum level, the sensor closed and motor rotor star connected directly, then the equipment start smoothly with a low current, large torque.
