Metal Surface Pretreatment System
Spraying Tunnel ( 5 Stage Dip Cleaning )：
Pre-degreasing

The spraying type is by using many spraying nozzles and circulation pump to spray chemicals onto the processed objects. This process is suitable for big production capacity requirement. The spraying tunnel normally requires 304 Stainless Steel to be fabricated, there for the investment is relatively high.

1. Adopt Automated Conveyor Systems, it upgrade production efficiency by 2-4 times compare with manual and semi-automated lines.
