Function

• The Machine is used to laminate foil on the profile surface like:MDF, Plastic panel, aluminum and other material. The foil includes PVC, veneer, decordtive paper, PP, PET, PU and other decorative materials. wrapping machines

• The machine uses a professional melt and supply PUR glue system, with three surface dust collection, three pre-heating, PVC film correction system.

• Profile wrapping machine uses a PUR hot-melt polyurethane reactive glue and an automatic squeegee system. The machine has automatic dust removal, adhesive application, profile heating, automatic scraping, and protective film. The machine uses variable frequency speed regulation and worm gear transmission.

Application 

• The production efficiency is up to 50m/min, much higher than traditional cold glue or hot glue wrapping machine. wrapping machines


• The gluing part and pressing part are combination designs of fission type. One gluing part can be equipped with multiple pressing part, which greatly reduces the purchase cost. Each profile line can be quickly replaced without frequently disassembling the pressure rollers, which largely improves the production effiiciency and product quality stability.


• High configuration: three sides dust cleaning, three sides pre-heating, PVC film correction system, vertical pole removable.


• The PUR glue meets the standard of environment protection, non-irritating odor; It's reaction glue with strong adhesion, non-bulging, irreversible.
