Description

The plastic bouffant cap making machine is primarily used to process 10~12gsm thick nonwoven fabric, and 450~470mm wide raw materials. A single machine has multiple functions, making it easy to produce bouffant caps in various specifications, including lengths of 17", 18", 19", 20", and 21", simply by changing the molds. The equipment runs in a stable manner, with its fastest production speed reaching 200 caps/minute, and a product qualification rate of more than 99%.
