5. Q: Can I have my ribbon customized? A: Yes, any logo can be customized on the ribbon. Please send me the logo by PDF or AI form, we can provide you the sample within 24 hours. Or just tell us your idea, we will design and send to you for confirmation.
6. Q:Can I place a trial order with small quantity?

8. Q: How fast can the production time be?
A:Actually it depends on the order quantity, if the order is solid color ribbons only, the production for one 40HQ container can be less than 30 days,
If the order is printed ribbons, the lead time can be 15-20days
If the order is ribbon bows, please talk with our salesman with the order quantity.
9. Q: If the order have quality problem, how can I do?
A: If there is quality problem in order, please write to our sales and take some pictures, we will find out the reason to avoid in future orders, if there is any need to remake the order, we will redo the order or refund. Of course, during order will take measures to avoid any quality problems, make sure the order is with a happy ending.
