Product Description
Traditional dryers mostly adopt a single-cylinder downstream drying mode. During the drying process, the flow rate of water vapor in the cylinder is slow. Over-saturated water vapor cannot be discharged from the cylinder in time. It is easy to cause the phenomenon of material rewetting. Due to the special three-cylinder structure, the three-cylinder dryer divides the entire drying process into three parts. The inner cylinder: high-temperature heating and drying; the middle cylinder: countercurrent and continuous evaporation of water; the outer cylinder: drying and cooling. Multi-stage drying complements each other and achieves a high-yield and high-quality industrialized production model.
General Applications: Sandstone,wood chips, coco peat, River Sand, Chicken Feed, NPK, Fertilzier, coal slime, sawdust, biomass pellet, etc.
