Single acting Plunger cylinders are mainly used for Snow Plows to lift the plow and adjust angle.

1) What does WEITAI do?
A: Weitai Hydraulic is a supplier of high quality hydraulic products including Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Motors, Power Units
and other components, trading both within China and internationally.
2) What Certificate do you have?
A: All our factories are ISO certificated. And our main suppliers of materials and parts are with CE, RoHS, CSA and UL
certificates.
3) How long is your delivery time?
A: The delivery time depends on different products and quantity. The cylinder usually needs about 45-60 days and the motor needs
about 20-30 days.
4) Could WEITAI produce parts as customers’ requirement or drawing?
A: Yes, we can OEM for you as your drawings. Our engineer also can give you professional support for technical suggestions.
5) What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A: We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over
20,000USD.
6) What is your warranty policy?
A: All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This
warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation or are damaged through negligence. We
serious remind that unclean hydraulic oil will definitely cause damage to your Hydraulic components. And this damage is not
included in the warranty range. So we strongly suggest you to use new clean oil or make sure the system oil are clean when using
our parts.
7) What kinds of Cylinders do you usually make?
A: As a 30 years manufacture, we can make almost every conventional cylinders. Such as Tie-rod cylinders, welded cylinders, piston
cylinders, plunger cylinders, telescopic cylinders, double rod cylinders, Rephrasing Hydraulic Cylinders, High pressure Cylinders,
Stainless Steel Cylinders, Aluminum Alloy Cylinders, Electrical Hydraulic Cylinders, and other special cylinders.
8) What materials are you using for Cylinders?
A: Usually we use #45 steel for cylinder barrel, rod, cap and cylinder end, ductile iron for Piston. #20 Steel are also used in
some cylinders for easily welded. The rod is hardened and chrome plated. Nitrogen or QPQ rod (black rod) can also be supplied as
customer’s required.
9) Which brands of Seal Kit can you use?
A: Our standard seal kit is our OEM brand in China. We can also use the famous brands as customer’s required, such as PARKER,
HERCULES, HALLITE, NOK, DICHTOMATIK, etc.
10) Will you test all your cylinders before delivery?
A: Yes. We test each cylinder before delivery. The testing pressure is usually 2 times of the rated pressure.
