Description
Automatic razor blade barbed wire making machine has advantages like easy operation, high efficiency, simple maintenance, saving raw material, etc. It consists of two main parts. Punch press makes strip plates with razor blades. Coiling machine embeds galvanized wire into razor blade strip plates to make it stronger and more stable.

It cuts and punches steel sheet to razor blade shaped strips.
Razor Blade Strips Feeder
It feeds strips to synchronous rack.
Steel Sheet Feeder
It continuously provides steel sheets for punch press.
Synchronous Rack
It transmits razor blade strips from strips feeder to strips collector.
Strips Collector
It is fixed at the end of synchronous rack for collecting razor strips by rolling.
Wire Coiling Machine
It embeds galvanized wire into razor blade strips. Final product will be rolled on the barbed wire roller.
