How to use the S shaped airlock for fermentation?
Sterilize by boiling water and disinfecting prior to use. To use, simply fill exhaust valve 1/3 full of water and gently insert a brewing bucket lid. The fermentation process will generate bubbles through the exhaust valve and discharged to the outside buckets. The transparent plastic airlocks are standard for fermenters up to 20 gallons.
