Playcolorrubber's Polyurethane adhesive (PU glue/binder) can be used for various occasions with the advantages like:

1.Free of toxicity, light smell and eco-friendly. 

2.Strong adhesion, good flexibility and quick-dry.

3.Excellent UV resistance, weather adaptation, anti-Ozone and anti-static.

4.Resistance to color changes, safety and anti-slip.

There are different kind of resin for different usage:

1. Y1 resin for mixing with EPDM rubber granules, 1kg:6kg=Y1 resin:EPDM granules. Features: UV-resistant, wea-resistant, anti-yellowing for many years etc.


2. G1 resin for mixing with SBR rubber granules, 1kg:8/10kg=G1 resin:SBR granules Feature: Non-toxic, strong bonding, quick dry,etc.


3. Aliphatic binder, one-component. Usage: Connecting the artificial grass to the ground.


4. DOW binder, 1kg:6kg=binder:EPDMFeature: Luxury resin for the EPDM surface layer.


5. Stone binder,two-component binder. Usage: Bonds rock and aggregates


6. Topcoat, single-componetUsage: Wear-resistant, keep the color.


7. Oil-based resin for playgroundDetails: Primer-Self leveling-Spray coat-Top coat


8. Acrylic water-based resin for sport courtDeatils: primer-base coat-cushion layer


9. SI PU water-based resin for sport courtDeatils: primer-topcoat-self leveling


10. Epoxy floor resinDeatils: primer-middle coat-topcoat
