Sodium Benzoate
Sodium benzoate is an organic substance with the chemical formula of C7H5NaO2. It is a white particle or crystal powder, odorless or slightly fragrant, slightly sweet and astringent. Its relative molecular weight is 144.12. It is stable in air and soluble in water. The pH value of its aqueous solution is 8 and soluble in ethanol.

Product Usage
1. It is mainly used as food preservative and also in the preparation of drugs and dyes
2. It is used in pharmaceutical industry and plant genetic research, as well as dye intermediates, fungicides and preservatives
3. Preservatives; Antimicrobial agents.
4. Sodium benzoate is also an important acid type food preservative. When used, it is converted to effective form benzoic acid. See benzoic acid for scope and dosage. In addition, it can also be used as feed preservative.
5. The product is used as food additive (preservative), bactericide in pharmaceutical industry, mordant in dye industry, plasticizer in plastic industry, and intermediate in organic synthesis such as perfume

Jinchangsheng has its own research center and production base. The research center is located in the High-Tech Development Zone in Shijiazhuang, covering an area of 1000 sq. meters. The production base is located in the Jinzhou Industrial District of Hebei, covering an area of 66,700 sq. meters. We have 200 sets of large-scale reactors capable of conducting high temperature, high pressure and ultra low temperature reactions,and we also have 300 sq. meters of 10,000 level clean warehouse. Our manufactured products range from gram level to tonnage level, and we attain annual production of 500 tons of fine chemicals. Jinchangsheng passed ISO9001 certification in 20011, and established complete Quality Control system. We also own independent import & export permits.
