a). Defective rate ≧ 20% in the first week after the goods are received by customer, the whole shipment of goods can be returned and replaced for free by JHC, JHC will take charge of shipping cost for both returning and resending. Or the customer can get full refund after the goods are returned to JHC, JHC will pay for the shipping to return.
b). Defectiverate between 1%-20%, the shipping cost is shared by both sides - customer and JHC, customer pay for returning to JHC, and JHC pay for resending to the customer.
c). Defectiverate <1%, both returning and resending shipment cost are covered by customer side.
