Description
Basalt fiber geotextile (geogrid) is woven into grid cloth with alkali and acid resistant basalt fiber as raw material, and then dried and formed after post-treatment. Basalt fiber geotextile has superior water permeability, filtration, durability and weather resistance.
Chopped basalt fiber can be used in cement concrete of roads, bridges, airport runways, dams and other projects to replace steel fiber, polypropylene, polyacrylonitrile and so on.
It has the advantages of superior performance and high economy.
The main function of basalt fiber geogrid is to improve the fatigue crack resistance, high-temperature rutting resistance, low-temperature shrinkage crack resistance and delay reflection crack of cement mortar or concrete. Therefore, it is widely used in high-grade highway, bridge deck, municipal road and airport pavement.
At present, geogrid materials mainly include glass fiber and plastic. Basalt fiber geogrid has high tensile strength, good compatibility with asphalt mixture, and can resist biological erosion and climate change. Because the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture is above 190 ℃, high temperature resistant basalt fiber geogrid is a new material with great advantages in various types of fiber geogrid, and it is also an excellent building material to enhance the anti-seepage and crack resistance of mortar concrete.
