A: We must receive your sample payment and shipping before we can send the samples to you. After the customer confirms the order, we will reduce the sample cost. However, if you are our frequent customer, we can send the sample to you and then deduct it from your account in the next transaction.

A: 1. After communication, the buyer and the seller reach an agreement on product details, packaging, purchase quantity, unit price, delivery terms and payment terms.
