Manufacturing Technique
Our workshops can be divided in to processing, stamping, assembly, line cutting, heat treatment and welding workshops. We have several ordinary lathes, CNC lathes, large mining boring lathes, four column type hydraulic tensile machines, machining center, vertical aluminium alloy quenching furnace, high frequency machine, computer automatic control of heat processing line, pit type furnaces, automatic wire cutting equipment etc. to ensure our high quality industrial and mining accessories.

Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A: Regarding orders with value less than 1000 USD, 100% payment will be required at placement of order.
Order value above 1000 USD, 30% will be required as deposit at order, and 70% before shipment. Alibaba Trade Guarantee can be used.
Q2. Why is the price for product on alibaba not a fixed amount?
A:The price we offer to our customers depends on not only the quantity of the order, but also the fluctuation in the prices of the raw material and the exchange rate between Chinese Yuan and US Dollar. At present, increasingly severe tariffs impacting commodities like steel and aluminum, this has only grown truer for manufacturers across the globe, but with our high buying capacity of the raw material, we managed to keep our selling price still at minimum. Q3: Can customer get quotation by giving part numbers?

A: We accept EXW and FOB.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons, for more heavy products we secure them in wooden boxes, to ensure that our products are well protected during shipping. We also can pack according to our customers requirements.
Q6. Do you have standard delivery time?
A: Usually we can send out the goods within one week, for larger quantities it can take up to a month or more, depends on our
standing orders.
Q7. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can. We have more than 20 years of experience doing this. Our experienced R&D team is standing by.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. If a product needs to be custom made, we might ask for a fee accordingly.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
Q10. Do you offer after-sales?
A: 30 days after delivery, if you are not satisfied with the product quality and if the product is malfunctioning caused by manufacturing mistake, you can send the products back for replacement in the next order.
