Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with
hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.
Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself amission
to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.
Sungallon is certified under ISO9001,ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS. As an approved supplier to major toy producers we produce
according to several Restricted Substance Standards. Our facilities are designed in such a way that it avoids cross-contamination
of material.
we employ third party testing organisations such as SGS,UL-STR or lntertek to verify our compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 or
customer's RSS.
Although we are a Chinese company, we do have a global perspective and support customers outside China through our export sales
