1. Power supply:
External DC 12V power supply, over-voltage,over-current protection, common-mode rejection and LC fiter circuit are installd at the power inlet, fully isolated DC-DC. Internally, T's TPS610XX high-efficiency series chips are used for DC-DC conversion, and each unit circuit is powered after various internal voltages are output, and MAX890XX series precision linear voltage regulation. Each functional unit circuit has its own independent voltage source, and the analog, digital and measurement of reference voltages are independently powered. The fine ground wire segmentation minimizes the crosstalk of each part. 2.5V, 5V two precision voltage reference chips, the precision reference voltage chip provides the reference voltage to ensure the accuracy of the sampling signal. All voltages have a soft start function.
2. Signal acquisition:
The micro-signal amplifying adopts 2 precision operational amplifiers with low power consumption, zero drift and low noise from TI company. Very low offset voltage (10μV, maximum value), the amplifier uses a proprietary automatic calibration, with time and temperature changes to achieve close to zero drift, high input impedance. The op amp completes the amplification, buffering,single- ended input and balanced output of the micro signal to AD. 24-bit AD conversion of ADI's LTC24XX series is adopted to ensure resolution and accuracy, and provides resolution of 2uV input signal. The piecewise interpolation compensation algorithm for ambient temperature and humidity is increased, the environmental temperature and humidity measurement adopts Swiss Sensirion chip to ensure the accuracy of temperature and humidity. M3 core 32-bit chip from ST Company was used for data processing.
3. RS485 output
It adopts fully isolated chip output, and the port is connected with complete over-voltage,over-current, and anti-static protection circuits.It adopts a fully isolated DC-DC chip and a fully isolated RS485 chip, with a precision resistor of 0. I % to 0.5% precision and low temperature drift.
