HD Fully automatic belling machine is suitable for 'R' Type and 'U'Type & 'J' Type sockets.

The belling scope is for 20 mm to 630mm pipe diameter.

The belling machine equipped with haul-off device and the program interface,it can be used with the mainframe,also can be used alone.

We also could design one oven and double oven belling machine for different requirements. The machine adopts PLC control, with our program, it could auto take the pipe from the pipe production line to the oven, and auto rotate during heating. Then it will auto send the heated pipe to belling zone for belling.

The belling zone could beequipped with external pressure device and water cooling for thick wall pipes.
You shall change different clamps and belling molds according to the pipe diameters.

The control panel don"t have the conversion switch to control over the type of solvent for expansion socket (vertical) and ring for flexibility expansion socket (R).

Expanding way is very easy choice and technics adaptability is strong, the main electrical control components are imported, system performance is stable and reliable
