This is the process flow diagram.

First ,we will mix the color according to customer's requirement and cut the material before

putting the material into the machine.
Next it is the moulding compound process.After that ,the product will be pull away unnecessary part of the product and the check
the quality . Then the item will be packed according customers' requirement or our regular package. And the good is ready for
ship.

Q:What is your MOQ?

A:Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept small quantity for the firs treal order.

Q:Can l get samples? 

A:Sure. We usuallu provide existing sample for free.But a little sample charge for custom designs. 

      Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity

Q:What's your leadtime for mass production?

A:Usually, 1000-5000pcs, we need 30-35 days.5000pcs above, negotiable.

Q:How to pack the goods.

A:We will pack the goods according to customer's request. If there no request from customer,

       we will pack the goods in PP bag.

Q:Can you do the designs for us?

A:Yes, we have a prpfessional team having much experience in designing and manufacturing.

      Just tell us your ideas, we will draw the finished files for your confirmation.

Q:What format of the file do you need if l want my own design?

A: We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI,CDR or PDF, etc.

       We will draw  artwork for mold or printing screen for you

Q:What choose silicone products?/What is the advantages of them

A:Unbreakable, durable, environmental friendly, easy to clean, and some items can be folded- portable, etc.
