1. Q: Are you the factory or wholesale?

     A: We are the manufacturer. We have our own factory. If we are not good at making fabric as you need, we will ask other factory for help then we become a "wholesale". 

2. Q: Would I need to pay more if my order is minimum order quantity?

     A: Actually price is always the same between 1000 meters and 10000 meters.

3. Q: Why your price are lower/ higher than other factory?

     A: We are the manufacturer, so lower price is normal; if higher, you can compare the quality & materials with the lower.

4. Q: Is it possible to know how is my product going on without visiting your company?

     A: We can offer you a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures OR videos which show the producing progress.

5. Q: Can we talk with skype wechat / e-mail?

     A: Sure, you can contact with us by these ways, the account is on the name card.

6. Q: How about your lead time?

     A: Usually it takes 15-20 days after confirming deposit received, if quantity is big, negotiate further.

7. Q: What about payment terms ?

     A: T/T, L/C at sight now. The priority is trade assurance by alibaba.com . Other payment terms are waiting to be allowed.

8. Q: Is it all right to make customer's own brand name?

     A: Sure. We warmly welcome the OEM clients. We can discuss the package, design, etc.

9. Q: When can I get the price? 

     A: Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will quote your the price as soon as possible.
