1. Which products do you produce?

We only make -------- water bottles, very professional in this field.

2.What is your MOQ ?
MOQ is 3000pcs/item/color.
We also accept lower quantity for your trial order.

3. Can I get samples?

Sure, we provide existing sample for free, but a little sample charge and freight is needed for custom designs.
Samples charge will be refundable when order quantity reaches to certain amount.

4. How long is the lead time of samples?
For existing samples or with privately labelling, it takes 1-2 days.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

5. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-25 days for MOQ.

6. What format of the artwork file do you need if I want my own design?
AI and PDF will be better.

7. How many colors are available?
Any pantone colors. Just let us know which you need.

8.How often do you develop new models?

We regular develop one new model per quarter,and also depends on our clients.

9.Our port of shipment?

Ningbo or Shanghai(China)

10.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.

We also accpet Paypal , Western Union, LC and etc.
