Description

Ethylene Bis Stearamid

(EBS)

Physical and chemical properties :

This product is a white or pale yellow wax with high melting-point, lubrication,, demoulding, smoothing, anti-sticking, antistatic. Specially be the excellent coupling effect and dispersity of pigments and fillers. and good compatibility with most of the plastic. It is a kind of widely used lubricants, allowing for food packaging materials (GB9685-2008). At room temperature insoluble in conventional organic solvents and water, soluble in hot xylene, chloroform, butanol and other high boiling point solvents.  The Flash point is about 285 ℃, and the relative density is 0.98 (25 ℃).

The product application

1. The small Granule (20 mesh) : used for hard PVC, ABS, AS, PA, PP and plastic wood materials such AS lubricant, LDPE and LLDPE opening agent, PS smooth agent and adhesion agent, PET, PBT, and demoulding agent and dispersion of POM and lubricant, EVA flame retardant masterbatch dispersant, and rubber (rubber hose, rubber sheet, car floor mat) the surface gloss of lubricant, etc.;

Powder (125 mesh) : can be used as plastic (ABS, PS) color masterbatch and chemical fiber (polypropylene, polyester) masterbatch dispersant, inorganic filler and resistance fuel bright dispersant, as well as ABS and other modified materials surface treatment lubricant;

3. Fine powder (325 mesh) : it can be used as dispersant and diffusion agent for color matching, as well as modifier and lubricant dispersant for ultrafine powder to improve the brightness and glossiness of products and processing efficiency;

4. Micro powder (2000 mesh) : can be used as a wax agent and dispersant for ink and paint , in the paint can be used as a pigment grinding aid and dispersant, but also can be used as a chemical fiber with carbon black dispersant;

5. Lubricating, dispersing and anti-adhesion agents of mixed powder coatings, polyester powder coatings and epoxy powder coatings;

6. PU surface treating agent (micronized wax), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) release agent, nylon (PA) lubricant, anti-adhesion agent for hard plasticized PVC film, and lubricant and opening agent for PE and BOPP film;

7. Lubricants for casting, lubricants for metal processing and powder metallurgy, modifiers for road asphalt and waterproof materials;

8. Paper coating brightener (can be used in food packaging), synthetic fiber antistatic agent, in pulp and paper can be used as defoaming agent, non-woven bright lubricant, and pa-6 flame retardant modified material dispersion lubricant.

Packing, storage and transportation:

The products are packed in compound bags, each bag has a net weight of 20kg or 25kg, and should be protected from direct sunlight and rain during transportation. The storage period is one year. It is suggested to store in a place away from light and dry and ventilated.
