Manufacturing Technique
Standard balance tests of centrifugal roof fan are performed on all complete exhaust fan assemblies – size permitting. This ensures that there are no noticeable mechanical defects such as rubbing, bearing noise or excessive bearing heat and the vibration levels filtered into the running speed are reported.
Reverberant sound room to its test lab for the purpose of conducting sound performance tests. This room is qualified for both broadband and pure tone sound measurement and used for developing fan sound level ratings, troubleshooting noise issues and performing contract testing.
