A) What is the warranty?
1.The standard warranty is 12months. Any damaged parts during warranty period can be shipped free by express to you and we will offer life time technological support and trouble shooting service.
2.The warranty period starts from the normal commissioning at the customer's place. If the commissioning fails due to the customer's installation site or other reasons, the warranty period starts 4 weeks after the product arrives at the customer's place.
B) Which field or What is the application of your fuel cell CHP System?
1. The H2ES series Micro natual gas fuel cell cogeneration system takes into account the difficulty of obtaining hydrogen on site and innovatively integrates a miniaturized natural gas reforming hydrogen production unit within the system to make full use of the current welllaid natural gas pipeline infrastructure. The efficient conversion rate allows the system to use up to 93.5% of natural gas and reduce carbon emissions by 40% under the same conditions. The high degree of integration makes the volume of the equipment controllable and easy to install. This solution solves the problem of hydrogen source in cities with natural gas reforming . The system provides electrical and heating power for small commercial and civil Settings, such as apartments, schools, hospitals, etc., through highly efficient electrochemical reactions.
2. The Carbon series High power hydrogen fuel cell cogeneration system directly absorbs hydrogen and provides completely zerocarbon electricity and heat energy. It can be widely deployed in nearby plants with developed byproduct of hydrogen at present, and will be deployed in hydrogenation stations, communities and buildings accessible to hydrogen pipelines in the future. The solution uses the pure hydrogen as the main fuel.
