Q1: What is your main product?

A: We can supply you three series products as below:

(1)Brand DRUET: complete system of thermal broken aluminium door & window (including aluminum profile,

tempered glass, hardware, accessories) as well as the finished products ready for installation.

(2)Brand W.D SIGHT: complete system of  security and invisible screen aluminium  door & window

(including aluminum profile,screen mesh, hardware, accessories) as well as the finished products.

(3)Brand SENRISE: all kinds of door & window screen mesh for anti mosquito, anti animal, anti insect usages.

(like fiberglass mesh, aluminum mesh, stainless steel mesh, stainless steel security mesh,

pleated mesh, pet mesh etc.)

Q2: What's your price of doors and windows?

A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirements, so please provide below information to

help us quote exact price to you.

1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window opening ways, dimensions, quantity ;

2) Aluminium profile color;

3) Type of glass (single or double or laminated or others) /thickness of glass ( 5mm or 6mm or else ,

if you have no idea we can recommend according to window size)/ colour of glass (clear, tinted,

reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or not).

Q3: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

A: Our product is custome made. We produce windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.

Q4: What is your delivery time?

A: For the series we stocked 10 working days with 300M2;

For the series unstocked 40 working days with 700M2.

Q5: What is your payment terms?

A: 30% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before shipping.

Q6: Will we need to install the glass (onsite glazed) or your windows come with the glass installed?

A: As customer's request. But we will install glass at factory based on windows/doors dimension to

make sure they are safe during transportation and whether easy for you to install the whole windows/

doors on site glazed are recommended for big sized products.

Q7: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

A: 5 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories

working properly under correct operation. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by

international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if no stock,

the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.

Q8: What kind of service will you provide?

A: We are able to provide the engineering as well as supervising service to guide installation our

windows and doors, curtain wall as well.

Q9: Are your products Certificated?

A: Yes, we will make our product tested and certificated if your order quantity is one 40'container.
