Foaming agent for concrete
Foaming agent for concrete, also called Sodium dodecyl ether sulfate. It's the main chemical agent to make lightweight cellular concrete products.
Foamed concrete makes cement, fly ash/ fine sand/stone powder and foaming agent as its raw materials. Foam generator makes the foaming agent foaming & blowing, and then blending with the cement concrete slurry in the mixing tank, the conveying pump will pump the finish foam concrete slurry into the block moulds, after natural curing, CLC Blocks could be used in the building. CLC blocks with separately homogenous pores.
Foamed means are more flexible: traditional aerated concrete just uses chemical foam agent, but foamed concrete not only can use foamed machine and foamed agent, but also can use high pressure air pumps to inflate.
