2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.
3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.
4. Lead time: 1-3 days for blank sample, 3-5 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 7-10 days, rush orders are available.
5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide picking up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.
6. We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality.From payment to receipt of goods, we have a series of processes to ensure that there are no problems in each step, to help you shop with confidence.
