The Inert 99% High Alumina Balls



The inert 99 high alumina balls are used to be the supporting catalyst and covered material in the reactor, with the property of high purity, fine corrosion resistance, high crush strength, chemical stability and thermal stability. The inert 99 high alumina balls can buffer the impact on catalyst coming from the liquid or gas in the reactor, to protect the catalyst and improve the distribution of liquid and gas in the reactor. 1. Catalyst Supporting Media

High alumina balls are widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, fertilizer, smelting, and gas and environment protection.They are used as covering and supporting material of catalyst in reaction vessel and as packing in towers.

2. Thermal Storage

High alumina balls can be resistant to high temperature and high pressure and acid, alkali, salt, and various organic solvent corrosion, widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, fertilizer industry, natural gas and environmental protection and other industries.

Usually,the total charges of the alumina balls in one ball mil should be not lessthan 55% of the total ball mill capacity.
