What is the background light and indicate light?
The background light is in green color when the switch panel is powered on, and the indicate light is in red color when each circuit is powered on.
Can I dim or swift the brightness of the back light color by myself?
No, you can not. The brightness of the back light color will be dimmable automatically. For instance, the brighter the surrounding is, the brighter the back light brightness the switch panel will be; and vise versa.
Can I turn off the background light?
No. The background light can not be turned off.
Why should I connect the red color smaller positive cable to the Ignition Power, or say ACC? Why not directly to the battery positive post?
Avoid draining off the battery power when the vehicle is powered off.
If I turn on a switch, will it remember it was on after I restart my vehicle?
Yes, it does.
Is the switch panel and circuit control box waterproof?
No, do not get water inside any of them.
How do you pack my orders?
There are 3 layer protection. The first layer is the PE foam or film wrap or air bubble bag, the second layer is small size inner box, and the last protection is one bigger size outside carton box.
Does sample order acceptable?
Yes, paid sample order for product quality testing is acceptable and welcomed. But after that, there will be small minimum order requirement to keep a long term business relationship.
