• Packing: opp bag, blister box, or papper box, easy for resale and dispalying. 


• Shipping time: by sea 30-35 days. It's cheap but takes long time.  


•                           by air or by express like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ect. Takes 3-5days. 


• Production time: depends on your order quantity. If we have stock, goods can be ready to ship within 3 days. If we have to produce, production time can be 30-40 days during peak season.  So if you need the goods in urgent, we suggest customers place order in advance, to avoid the peak season since Easter goods is very seasonal. 

Q1: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A1: We have our own factory, which is specialized in producing all kinds of paper and plastic decorations.

Q2: Are you able to manufacture our designs, sizes and colors?
A2: Sure. It's really helpful if you have bright idea of the items you want.

Q3: What's the MOQ?
A3: For the MOQ: if you need small quantity, we can do wholesale and Aliexpress deal from 50pcs
                             if you need bulk quantity or customized, it is as usual from 1000 pcs

Q4: Can we add our logo to the item? Do you have the ability to package our product in a custom box with our color logo and UPC Barcode printed on it?
A4: Yes, we can add your logo to the item when you meet our quantity request, and have ability to package follow your request because we have do that before

Q6: What is the sample cost? And will be refunded these sample fees upon confirmation of our first order?
A6: The sample cost is depend on your design, quantity and technical. We can refund you sample fees when you can meet our MOQ quantity
