Combination Mash Lauter Tuns are the first combination vessel in these smaller brewhouses line ups. This vessel should be sized to favor the Lauter operation, and have the mechanics for mixing mash and graining out.

3. Brewhouse & fermenter controls
We offer several levels of automation for the brewing systems (Advanced controls, basic controls, custom controls)

4. Grain handing (milling + augers)
Malt mills come standard with 2-roller, and optional stainless steel or carbon steel;
For larger brewing systems a malt mill auger can become a necessity. Any malt mill can be ordered with an auger adapter and auger to convey the milled grains directly to the mash tun's hydrator or to a grist hopper.

5. Glycol & plate chiller
After the wort is boiled, cooling it to yeast pitching temperatures in a reasonable amount of time is necessary to avoid contamination and also for beer quality.
Glycol chillers are used for many applications in the brewery. The typical functions are as follows:

6. CIP
