Small mini oil refinery manufacturers prolysis oil to diesel distillation machine
Vbolt oil distillation machine is suitable for all kinds of used oil (such as used engine oil, waste motor oil,waste industrial oil , heavy fuel oil , oil sludge etc.), pyrolysis oil (such as tire pyrolysis oil, plastic pyrolysis oil etc. ) recycling to light and heavy diesel oil or base oil. It adopts high speed centrifuge to separate water content from black oil material, and then adopts thin film evaporator to get ride of light components like gasoline, kerosene and so on. Then use advanced membrane distillation system to improve oil gasification. Oil gas will finish catalytic reaction to produce diesel in the distillation column. Higher speed distillation and catalytic reaction combining with large area condensers, the indices of produced oil is very good which could be used for engines directly. Vbolt also supplies exclusive refining system to improve the quality of diesel or base oil product from distillation machine. After refining, the quality of diesel or base oil is with good stability performance and bright color like water and no any bad smell. (VBOLT supply 1 ton/day to 50 tons/day oil distillation machine, also supply demo machine with mini capacity.）
