3. Low melt fiber  we have 2d /4d and 6d length normally 51mm 

New -type hot -connectiovity composite fiber is made from different types of modified high molecular materials through composite spinning technology.it has unique characteristic of melting at low temperature,and after hot treatment ,it can naturally adhere without use of binder ,green and environmental.the product abides by strict sanitation control standards to achieve sanitation materials grade .

4. ES fiber 

Es santiary fiber :  there are two main types of ES fibers.the first kind is a composite of PE and PP. iTS SHEATH LAYER IS pe (polyethylene,melting point 130 centigrade ) and its core layer is PP ( Melting point is 165 centigrade )

the second kinds is a composite of PE AND pet .it's sheath layer is PE ,AND THE CORE LAYER IS pet ) which is an upgraded version of PE /PP .

ES is functionally divided into the hydrophilic ,water-repellent,hydrophilic, and so on. it also can be divided into whitening ,general whitening ,and son on .ES FIBER has various advantages such as soft ,fluffy.low temperature processing ,heat-bonding ,plasticity.non-toxic,non-irritating ,and light weight .it is mainly used to manufacturer high -quality santitary products such as sanitary napkins and diapers.
