Q:  What is the voltage range of the products?

A:  Our price is based on 165-265v range, we can supply with 85-265v too,please confirm the price with us.

Q:  Do u have any certification like BIS, CE RoHS?

A:  "Yes we have certification in CE RoHS and BIS for whole product  and SAA cert only for driver  component."

Q:  What's your warranty and guarantee?

A:  We offer 2 years warranty and if any quality problem will offer pcs to pcs compensation or offer driver or chips depends ship with next order.

Q:  what is your payment terms?

A:  "We usually take 30% as deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery,if small order below 3000USD, need 100% T/T to confirm ."

Q:  What is the MOQ for customizing packing?

A:  If you order 3000pcs each type ,we will help you do cusotmize color box and logo. If less 3000pcs ,we will give you white box or factory normal color box.

Q:  Can i order in SKD?

A:  Yes sure,our price is based on complete goods, pls tell us your requirement and we can quote accordingly.

Q:  How is your delivery time?

A:  Some designs we have stock,rest for sample orders or trial order,it takes about  7-10days,for bulk order,normally our prduction time is 30-35 days.

Q:  Could u offer  door to door delivery?

A:  Yes ,we can quote you with DDP service,please leave us your address.

A:  Yes, we can offer free samples based on intent orders.
