Traditional buffet stove uses candle or alcohol to keep food in constant temperature, some use mica heating. Compared with these heating methods, PTC heater has the characteristics of safety, constant temperature, no peculiar smell, no frequently feeding required, stable heating quality for a long time, energy saving, etc.
The buffet stove special purpose PTC heater has a big size of aluminium shell with good thermal conductivity. Inside of the arched part of aluminum shell there is a PTC heater wrapped in the insulating yellow paper. When it is heating, the heat transfer to the food through aluminium shell well, but the aluminium cover is uncharged.
The shape and size of PTC heater are designed according to the buffet stoves. The assembling is quite easy, just tighten these screws to the bottom of buffet stove.
