Description
Conical twin screw extruder with mould
1)Adopting high quality screws and gears ,made of 38CrMoAlA treated by percolating nitrogen.
2) Adopting high quality reducer cabinet, driving by inclined gears which have been treated by percolating nitrogen and polishing.
3)The axle is made of 40Cr so pushing bearing runs stably.
4) Mould has 1 calibrator for each size and 3 pressure classes each size) and made of 40Cr, diameter fixing covers are made of
cast copper. With one die head, equipped with three grades of pressure.
