1,Screw thread
The screw thread adopts three-grade press, which can press the materials completely. It's made of Cr12 die steel which has high strength and good abrasion performance so as to prolong the service life of machine.
2,Screw row A lot of screw row surround the screw thread, with grooves in both side of each screw row, can make sure materials pressed completely and improve the extraction rate by 5%.
3,Heating ring a,There is a heating ring on hot press, raising temperature of the chamber, then increased oil temperature and extraction rate.
b,Cold press machine doesn't have heating ring.. In normal situation, the chamber's temperature is no more than 60 degrees, which produced by the friction between press and materials.
4,Operation system Our machine is easy to operate. After debugging, fully automatic and convenient, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
5,Vacuum filter
