Overall is a new enterprise established in 2021. The headquarters is set up in Shenzhen, the capital of innovation, with warehouses or offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Yiwu, Ningbo, Kunshan, Changsha. The main members of Overall's team are all elites from related industries such as international trade, procurement, sales, logistics, quality control, testing or inspection for more than 10 years.



1. Overall SCM are an experienced and efficient working group in China, three teams co-work in mainland China, Hong Kong China, and overseas, we can handle all these situation in different place by different teams.
2. Most of our Overall SCM colleagues have been worked on purchasing, inspection, sorting or logistic for more than 10 years.
3. Affected by the epidemic, overseas buyers can not come to China or Hong Kong for factory auditing or inspection. Although the quality of Chinese suppliers is higher and higher, unexpected are always normal, so Overall SCM customers have to minimize the accidents.

DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION(DPI)
DPI is performed when at least 20% of an order is completed. It can uncover problems at an earlier production stage, allowing more time for rework and correction. It also helps Overall SCM customers supervise whether the production process is on schedule.
FACTORY AUDIT(FA)
A Factory Audit can uncover problems before production so that Overall SCM customers can know their supplier's capabilities, system, management and operating procedures. Factory audits include Factory profile, organization structure, production process, production capacity, facilities & machinery, internal quality control system, R&D, and special requirements from client. This can help Overall SCM customers select a Supplier with confidence.
CONTAINER LOADING SUPERVISION(CLS)
During CLS, the Overall SCM inspector monitors the loading process, checks product quantity & container condition, and ensures the proper handling of Overall SCM customers’ cargo. A simple quality check is performed before loading to verify that the product type and packing details conform to Overall SCM customers’ requirements.


SIMPLE FACTORY AUDIT(SFA)
Simple Factory Audit checks the legitimacy of the factory. The auditor will check and verify the factory's licenses and take some photos of its office, the contact person, and the workshop production. It only checks the most basic information, such as the factory profile, human resources, and production facilities, So Overall SCM customers can be sure the factory is not fake or a trading company.
SAMPLE CHECK
Sample check is conducted for electrical and electronic products, toys, garments and other kind of goods. It is made up of two parts: Construction Check - Our laboratory engineer tests your samples for the critical points according to relevant safety standards applicable to your market, for example, EC-LVD for EU market. Performance Test - We will check the workmanship and the product functions claimed in the user manual or your specification. It helps Overall SCM customers confirm whether the commitments to quality and performance are valid or not.
